I have long hair, spend allot of time outdoors and love to wear baseball custom hats. Well I guess I better qualify that, they are not baseball custom hats in the sense that they have baseball team logos on them. I'm just referring to the style of hat. Some of them just don't fit right. The bucket part of the hat is either too small so the hat sits on the top of your head or it is too large so the hat sits down to close to your eyes. Perhaps you can solve this with the fitted hats that are popular with the young kids. They like them because they can wear their college baseball hats backwards and not have an adjustment strap on their forehead.
The problem I always have with the baseball custom hats that come in different fitted sizes, is that they may fit you when you get buy them, but inevitably they will either stretch out a bit or shrink when you wash them and without an adjustment device of some kind you are out of luck. I have found that the best adjustment device for a baseball hat is the Velcro strap. It’s neat and easy to use and does not have any extra strap flapping around.
The next thing I look for baseball custom hats is breathe ability and wash ability. The best ones I have found for this are made by headsweats.com. They keep your head cool and you can just throw them in the washing with your laundry and they come out fine.
